Introduction
	As an active member of the Steiner Group and member of Bidvest, Pureau Fresh Water Company commenced operations in April 1999. This division forms a separate business entity and operates on a national basis, covering 18 distribution branches throughout the country, and now operating in Maputo and Botswana.
Background
Purèau Fresh Water Company recognized the need for a consistently pure and healthy supply of drinking water in the bulk water market. In order to satisfy this need Purèau imported the finest specialised equipment for the purification and bottling of water and in addition imported the most unique cooler systems in the world. Pureau Fresh Water Co. is a service-orientated organization providing hygienic drinking solutions and the rental of equipment and related services to a wide spectrum of businesses and institutions across all industries, including government, medical, recreational and hospitality facilities throughout South Africa.
The Company
The First Plant was built at the office premises in Johannesburg, 110 Loper Ave, Aeroport, Spartan, Kempton Park , the Purèau Fresh Water company plant conforms to the latest international water purification treatment standards. The plant commenced operations in 1999 and Purèau Fresh Water Company has a distribution network of vehicles and dedicated service staff supported by a team of dynamic sales consultants and telemarketers.
Products & Services
Purèau Fresh Water Company supplies purified water as well as state of the art water coolers and dispensers to clients. The water purification and hands free bottling plant purifies water through the world endorsed technology of Reverse Osmosis. Purèau Water undergoes a multi stage filtration process that includes multimedia and carbon bed filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis, ozonation and remineralisation prior to bottling in a clean room. Once purified, the water can be dispensed through a variety of hygienic water coolers and dispensers. Purèau also complies with worldwide standards in bottled water quality and bottling plant design and also applies H.A.C.C.P protocols.

Corporate Social Responsibility
In the interests of a healthier future for our community, we incorporated Pure O our brand character into our Steiner HyGienie Educational Road show in 2007 and continues to educate children in particularly in the Guateng Region. A fully fledged road show team and our company Mascot General Pure O, currently based in Gauteng, executes 3 educational shows a day to learners in our community educating communities about the importance of drinking water and water conservation, and addition to this personal hygiene and respect for the environment.
